| 抄録: | In three-dimensional measurment, equipments with CCD camera have generally been used. But it takes considerable time to measure a three-dimensional object. Then we made up the three-dimensional measurment device based on laser trigonometry. This device is composed of a laser diode, a polygonal mirror, a two-dimensional PSD and lenses. The measurment error is below ±200μm. |
