Abstract: Nonlinear device has been used in electronics and in communication engineering: i. e., such that diode detector and nonlinear oscillator etc. In this paper, these nonlinear devices, but mainly being considered diode detectors, are handled and studed in the direction of its noise characteristics. In that case, two categories are distincted, such that, the algebraric or the zero memory transformation, and the other is the differential or the transformation with memory.
