情報システム法学の新展開 : 産業法関係

Abstract

This paper is topics that have studied the problems for (1) the Computer-used-fraud, (2) the Computer-used-Business obstruction, (3) the magnetic-record-wrong-making, and (4) the program-copyright-aggression, the intellectual property-aggression etc, from a point of view of information system law. The information system law is not only national crime, but also the international crime-discussion is developed, and it is going to become new study topics in the focus of the world people attention. So, here, I think to discuss and study the topics of Computer related-information system law-science, from a point of View of Criminal and civil law.
