日中企業経営の生産方式における比較研究 : JIT方式を例として

Abstract

China has now entered a new period of state system reform and opening to outside. In this great period, she has imported and is going to import amount of advanced science and technology and a lot plants from developed countries. At same time, she has also imported advanced management science and technology and advanced production way. But the actual conditions and circumstances in China are so different from developed countries that it is very necessary to learn the differences of conditions and circum-stances between China and developed countries. The article studies verious aspects of Chinese production way and Japanese production way (Toyota as an example) and provides a comparative analysis of differences between the conditions and circumstances and contents of JIT and Chinese production way.
