| 抄録: | Along with progress in the chinese economic reform, Chinese business in medium and small sizes is facing with new problems. The present report deals with the four following points of view : (1) Needs for chinese business to develop itself based upon the analysis of Japanese business experiences, (2) Review for the organizational structure of developing Chinese business referring to the Japanese business structure, (3) Method to strengthen Chinese management by adapting Japanese managerial methods, (4) Review on the Japanese governmental policies for medium and small business. |
