| 抄録: | Interpretation of the fact is one of the most essential steps in decision making, especially in Value Engineering. The interpetation is composed of following steps : (1) recognizing the signal of the abnormality, (2) evaluating the deviation from the standard from both econmical and statistical standpoints, (3) finding the real reasons behind the abnormality, (4) evaluating possible alternatives which could bring better situation. |
