| 抄録: | By reviewing how former people have handled and solved various types of problems, some perspective on Value Engineering is discussed. There are three important steps in implementing Value Engineering : (1) acquiring new knowledge by recognizing the fact, (2) informing the knowledge to persons who could apply properly to real world, (3) applying the knowledge to the current situation which has been processed by the traditional method. |
