| 抄録: | This study is the intensive analysis of employees' Will to Work and QWL consciousness by full adaptation of Hayasi's theory of quantification on the data obtained from inestigations of employees' conscious research. Within the limited data, however, the efforts succeeded to lead the fact that noticible differences lie in the consciousness of Will to Work and Non-Will to Work, of QWL and Non-QWL. Difference and similarity regarding consciousness of adjustment and maladjustment were able to be identified at employees' layers. |
