| 抄録: | The new synthetic procedure of kinetin from uricacid was establshed. Uricacid was converted into hypoxanthin by Leuckart reaction, which was chlorinated by phosphoroxychloride to 6-chloropurine. This was aminated by furfurylamine (or benzylamine) to yield kinetin, 6-N-fur-furylaminopurine (or 6-N-benzylaminopurine) in the excellent yield. |
