| 抄録: | With the corporate scandal in the 1990’s, in our country, it has been discussed corporate governance. Since then, it had been considered that companies have tried to control the corporate scandal by corporate governance reforms. Nevertheless, the scandal such as quality scandal of the manufacturing industry which is representative industry of our country are revealed one after another, especially of the big company. In this paper, we studies on quality scandal by surveying corporate governance reforms. |
