| 抄録: | "In recent years, comments posted on review sites have a strong influence on viewers' willingness to purchase. In order not to be misled by wrong information, it is necessary to read more comments on favorite items. However, it takes a lot of time to read all posted comments. In this paper, we focus on emotional words included in the review, build a system to analyze the comments of the review sites, and propose a method to improve comment classification accuracy for the analysis system." |
