| 抄録: | Hearing people set a hearing(=inputting) standard. The calling name, “hearing-impaired” shows minus (=disadvantage) from a hearing standard. Approaching to the standard means “unity(=to live under the same roof, or to live in the same house).The calling name, “hearing-impaired” give minus image and inferiority to the deaf. While the Deaf with sign language has no hearing standard and sign language for the Deaf means “unification (=to live under several different roofs, or to live in a row house).Sign language is the fundamental communication tool to survive for the Deaf. The Deaf with sign language can live as a proud linguistic minority. |
