Abstract: The time courses of oxygen intake, and carbon dioxide output in energy metabolism, heart rate and electrocadiographic function during recovery processes after the Runing Test and Harvard Step Test were investigated. The decline of the recovery breath the number of time and oxygen intake was steeper than that of the recovery heart rate or R-R time, Q-T time, T-P time in electrocadiographic. And the time of recovery processes of sportsman was steeper than that of the recovery non sportsman. Even after mild physical activities, recovery is necessary, owing to the "lag" is adjustment of the organism to new demands for oxygen during activities.
