| 抄録: | The Proposition System is very useful and almost all small or medium enterprises seem to adopt it. However, very few of such enterprises appear to have obtained its merit in operating and supervising proposition System. This article, therefore, treats of reasons why the system could not be successful and at the same time, suggests the way to make it useful. |
