| 抄録: | It seems that sales element of the private residential buildings for sale in lot, is decided accordings to the place, traffic convenience, the sail, dedign and scale of construction, degree of fixtures, and another element, the price. In this study, relationship of the price and sales speed is considered, putting the other elements under same condition. |
