| 抄録: | This study takes up feeling of the inadaptable employees in the enterprises. I analyzed their feeling by using several statistics and special morale survey. The analyses indicate that the inadaptable employees have a unique feeling of grievance and they are different from the adaptable employees within the enterprises. Why do the employees quit working? What is the main reason for them to change their jobs from one to another? This is a crucial problem to every enterprise, so I studied the feeling of "quit-the work" and how to deal with them. |
