Abstract: Autoclaved curing (high pressure steam curing) is adopted as the accelerated test for the quality control of concrete. The compressive strengths of autoclave and standard cured concrete are compared with test spesimens of 7.5 cm by 15cm (φ7.5×15 cm) cylinders, φ10×20 cm cylinders and φ15×30 cm cylinders. The results of about 60 samples showed that no significant difference was recognized between autoclaving and standard curing, as to the strength-ratios of 7.5×20 cm cylinders or 10×20cm cylinders against the strength of 15×30 cm cylinders. In addition, the optimum steam pressures (temperatures) which 28-days strength can be obtained in 24 hours are sought about the concrete made four type of cements. They were within range of pressure from 4.5kg per sq cm to 6kg per sq cm.
