| 抄録: | The result of evaluation of personal merits is usually kept confidential and is not made known. This seems due to indefinite basis for evaluation and little confidence on the part of people who evaluate. Such situation necessarily results in complaints among them as any one wishes to know how he was evaluated. This article treats of some examples which were useful for their guidance and reflection by showing such results that could be obtained after my study and experiments on mutual evaluation together with self evaluation. |
