| Abstract: | Balance toy is easily made by anyone and is sometimes used for the explanation of moment of force in mechanics. It is applicable in various educational fields, not only in mechanics but also in magnetics such as azimuth magnet, measurement tools of magnetic field and magnetic pole strength, and in frictional electricity. Some educational experiences of the author in using handmade balance toy are described. |
