| Abstract: | The synthesis of N-(3-aminosalicyloyl)-dl- threonine, antimycic acid, one of hydrolytic products of antibiotic antimycin A has been achieved from salicylic acid. But the chemical behavior of the resulting product was not completely identical with that of antimycic acid. |
