Abstract

The morale of employees must be considered as one of keys to keep up and develope the enterprise. The management, therefore, should watch the change of mood of their employees at all times and improve it constantly so that the morale at their post may be uplifted. The writer made a survey recently about the morale on eight enterprises in medium and small scale which I selected for the purpose and found that there are various problems with each enterprise but some of them are common with all enterprises. This article discusses the causes of such common problems and how to improve them.
