バトミントンのサーブスキルと性格特性の関係

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to clarity the relation between serve skill on badminton and charactor. In 1980,long and short service skill and the Yatabe-Guilford Personality Test were administered to 82 male freshmen at the Aich Institute of Technology. Groups based on charactor was classified as shown in table 1. We examined the records on serve skills of each groups by using the t-test. The following results were oftained : (1) Indecisive and prudent students had significantly higher records at the test of short service skill than cheerful, inprudent and reckless ones. (2) The students belonging to the low scores group on factor D (Depression) and factor O (Lack of Objectivity) were superior at the first half test of short service skill to the high scores ones. (3) The result about the factor T (Thinking Extraversion) was opposite to "(2)"
