| 抄録: | To know the distribution of the charge density and the field distribution in charged liquid, space charge limited equation are solved by using the potential of sphere probe in liquid and probe current. As a result, if we consider that there is the concentric ion sheeth with the probe in liquid and its radius changes in prportion to the 1/2 powers of the potential difference between the probe and in liquid, the result much coincide with the experimental fact. |
