| 抄録: | E.D周期発振器における否定動作の方法を見付けて,動的排他論理回路を作成した.その回路について,実験と考察を述べる.
We could have found out the method of negativing the action of periodical oscillator with Esaki diode, and developed the Exclusive-or circuit of logic one, which operates dynamically. Concerning above the facts, I have tried the experiment using these circuits, and have considered the fundamental properties for it. |
