| 抄録: | In past, they paid considerable attention to "how to lower the production cost at the stage of manufacturing or what to with the material" but I am afraid they did not pay due consideration to lower it at the planning stage. As it is important to include the planning stage in studying the way to lower the production cost, this article discusses on some of subjects which are in relation to lowering the cost of production at the planning stage. |
