社内標準化の進め方の問題点とその研究

Abstract

It is doubted if the standardizing of operation is always adopted really efficiently. The standardizing of operation might be often misunderstood so that it may result in making rules or standards in the operation of enterprise and preparing written articles after surveying existing situation. We do not know if the standardizing made under such thought would contributet to the prosperity of enterprise. We fear it may rather create an obstacle for the developments of enterprise. After my experinences and study for many years, I wish to point out what they should examine on the standardizing of operation and analize the points in order to make clearas to how it should function.
