| 抄録: | We have developed the circuit with use of Esaki. Diodes for the measurment of probability dencity function. This paper proposes on the fundamental principles and the action of various parts of the circuits, which are constructed to measure the probability dencity function, and more the results of basic experiments, etc. From these results in this paper, it will be expected that the improvement of accuracy of the measurement, and the simplifications of the device and its operation with these methods, will be possible in the future. |
