| 抄録: | This paper is on the issues of Leading The National Song and Flag at The Graduation or Entrance Ceremony of Schools in Japan. The essentials of this paper follow as. (1) The education for patriotism is prescribed by the Basic Act on Education(2006). (2) It violates the freedom of thought（The Constitution of Japan Article19）. (3)Education or Indoctrination is depend on teachers at schools. (4) The Basic Act on Education(2006) has to be interpreted according to The Constitution of Japan. |
