| 抄録: | Some effects of an in-service training program for high school and college students with a nearby high school are explained. This program has been developed into a collaboration between lessons at the high school and my lectures in the previous year of the teaching practice in our college. In this program, our college students can experience assistant teaching or one point lessons prior to entering their fourth year. This experience affords three opportunities to our college students. One is remedial education for those students lacking adequate prerequisite knowledge, second is enhancing their ambitions of becoming teachers, third is the internship for their teaching practice. |
