Abstract: | This note is on the educational practice and issues on teacher training for self-government of school in the teacher-training course. The essentials of this note follow as. (1) It's basic of the educational practice that teacher grasps the life and thoughts and wishes of students. (2) It's effective that teacher explains his thoughts and wishes after the reception of the thoughts and wishes of students. (3) There are conditions that teacher can train the students acquiring the skill of the self-government. |
