中小建設企業の事業継続計画（BCP）における復旧曲線と重要業務に関する意識調査

Abstract

Development of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is an important problem which now confronts not only the government but also private sector companies. However, it is difficult to make the plan, especially, for small and medium companies．In addition, the construction company is expected a contribution to rehabilitation and reconstruction activities in the damage area. Their quick restoration after the disaster is important for the area. Our study tries to make clear the prior equipment against an earthquake disaster through a questionnaire survey to small and medium construction companies. Our proposal is composed of the important duties and recovery curve ． As the result, companies can be classify into four groups by a positiveness of the BCP development and kinds of equipment. The important duties and quantitative recovery curve for each group are shown. The relationship between recovery curve and important duties is discussed. In addition, we have done a questionnaire survey to the general public about relationship between home and recovery of their company. The equipment at home is important for quick recovery of companies.
