段ボール安土城の製作過程

Abstract

This paper deals with the making process of the corrugated paper castle, Azuchi Castle, which is made by the student members of the LA・BASE(Architecture research group of the Architecture department). They worked as the art group to make the movie, Raise the Castle. The movie’s main theme is to make Sanage Castle of corrugated paper. It is not always necessary to make the whole of the castle by using corrugated paper when making the movie. But the members of the LA・BASE tried to make the whole of Azuchi Castle only by using corrugated paper. This is the record of their challenge. They met various troubles because corrugated paper is not good as a material to make the castle. But they overcame those troubles with their teammates.
