大学生の自己理解の発達とキャリア意識の関係

Abstract

The present study was conducted to clarify the relationship between the development of self-understanding of college students and their career consciousness in seeking a job. Three hundred five students were asked to answer questions related to self-understanding, career orientation, and putting the emphasis when the students seek a job. According to their evaluation, the tendencies were showed to be developing with the school year progress in all aspects on self-understanding of students. Hayashi's Quantification Theory Type Ⅲ was used to analyze the determinants which influence to the career orientation of students in seeking a job. As a result, three meaningful axes were found, and author named these intention to getting a position in the company with big-name brand, intention to peaceful living, and intention to steady income, respectively.
