| 抄録: | The purpose of this report is to clarify the relationship between community problems and the self-governing body activity of a housing complex. The self-governing body activities of public housing in Aichi prefecture were investigated using direct questioning and postal questionnaires. The main results are summarized as follows. 1) Self-governing body activity loss is greater in larger complexes than in small ones. 2)Self-governing body organizational structure is related to the reasons for the actions of self-governing bodies. 3) The Hirabari housing complex system of a resident self-governing body is being advanced throughout Aichi. 4) Enhanced welfare and medical services were offered to senior citizens in cases of specialized agencies cooperating with the self-governing body. |
