Abstract: In recently, drainage pavement has come to be adopted as a traffic accident object. However, if permeable pavement is attained, it will become possible to make it useful to plus of groundwater and a flood of the river by local severe rain and prevention of a heat island phenomenon. On the other hand, importance is attached also to the problem of industrial waste. And the necessity for recycling of construction waste is also cried for. In this research, construction waste was used instead of filler used for the surface course and base course. It is waste gypsum recycled from the gypsum board, and examined the possibility of the use. It examined the alkalization preventive measure at the time of using a granulated slag about a subgrade and subbase course. Furthermore, the summer of the permeable pavement using these is measured and the possibility of utilization of permeable pavement is examined.
