建築協定による自主規制と都市計画制限との関連性に関する研究

Abstract

The building agreement is excellent system to construction of desirable district by inhabitant's self-control rules. However, there is the ineffective case by building construction, in spite of existence the self-control rules. In consideration of such cases, we compare with the local rules and the city planning control, especially concerned with the relationship between local rules and legal controls at the height of building. As the result, it becomes clear that the relationship between the regulation of building agreement and city planning control must be kept in close contact.
