Abstract: Permeable pavement is the one of developed drainage pavement. But permeable pavement makes it applicable to the roadway, has problems have to solve because it consists of unusual structure different from usual pavement. It is bearing capacity decrease below base and gap's buried asphalt compound. A solution exists about a bearing power decrease. However, there is not an effective solution to gap's buried a permeable pavement. Therefore, pavement that happened gap's buried is curing execute new pavement. I perceived it to a binder course's problem in this report, we propose an asphalt compound that mixed stainless steel fiber ordinariness is used to fiber reinforcement of concrete, and evaluates it's quality by Marshall stability test, Constant pressure test and Bending Strength test.
