| 抄録: | Japanese textile industry gets into difficult situation due to excessive imports. To get out of the difficulty, they have to innovate "quick response system", a system to enhance the industry's quick response to a market. We propose 6 key conditions to realize the quick response system. The 6 key conditions are : (1) Information network, (2) Systematization, (3) Standarization, (4) Leveling out of production, (5) Smalle-lot production, (6) Short-term progress control. The textile industry, however, has many problems to satisfy these 6 conditions. |
