| 抄録: | The development plan for a Specific District in Japan is aim at developing these areas that are disadvantage in compared to the other areas in the conditions of nature, society and economy. These districts are specified by Low of National Land Planning. These are the Areas of Depopulation, Mountainous Region, Isolated Island, Peninsula and Heavy Snowfall Areas. This study is at the regarding with national wide, aims to find general information concerning Specific District, the system of the planning, the transition of populations and estimate of effect on the policy of planning by population analysis. |
