| 抄録: | The author visited Europe in March 1995 as the leader of the Preliminary Survey Team of the 1995 European Floods Study Group delegated by Japan Society of Civil Engineers. This paper deals with the flood disaster preventing activities of several districts on the Rhine. The activities are dependent on the natural and social conditions of the area. |
