抄録: Electrical conduction properties of the vaccum-evaporated polyvinylidene fluoride thin films were investigated. The conduction mechanism was discussed in terms of the space-charge limited conduction model with a singl trap level. The trap density was estimated as 5.7×(10)^&lt;15&gt;(cm)^&lt;-3&gt; in the specimen deposited at 35℃ as a substrate temperature Ts. The trap density increased about one order and the carrier mobility decreased from 1.2×(10)^&lt;-10&gt; to 8.6×(10)^&lt;-13&gt;(cm)^2/v・s with increasing the Ts from 35 to 80℃. According to X-ray diffraction analysis, the crystalinity decreased also with increasing the Ts. This suggests that the traps in the deposited PVDF thin film originate from the amorphase part. PVDF molecular arrangiment on a glass substrate was discussed using a polarized FTIR.</description>

抄録: In this study, the acoustic emission method was applied to clarify the fracture process of concrete. The effects of loading method and support condition on the fracture behavior of concrete subjected to the pull-out loading of anchor bolt were discussed experimentally and analytically by paying attention to the crack propagation in a specimen. Following results were obtained in this study : 1) Kaiser effect is recognized in the cyclic pull-out loading of anchor bolt, but is recognized unclearly in the loading level that the non-linear behavior of P-δ relation is remarkable and then the macroscopical crack is observed. 2) The fracture process of concrete subjected to the pull-out loading can be predicted by using the AE source location search technique. 3) The shape of P-δ relation obtained by the cyclic loading is more brittle than that obtained by the monotonic loading. 4) The fracture process of concrete subjected to the pull-out loading can be predicted by the finite element method considering the tensile crack by a smeared failure model.</description>

抄録: Time-resolved density measurements of excited components in a discharge pumped ArF excimer laser were performed using laser absorption probing with a cw dye laser pumped by a Ar^+ laser. The dependence of the He^* 2p^3P densities on the gas parameters were measured. The relationships between laser output power and the number densities of He^* are discussed. The relationships between the laser output power and the formation rate of Ar^+ ions by Penning ionization with He^* atoms are also discussed.</description>

抄録: In order to guard against infringement of confidentiality in mobile communication, the idea of adding an encryption function to radio communications had been studied from various approaches. Unfortunately, however, the existing methods have defect which the frequency occupancy bandwidth is enlarged by the increase of effective modulation index, or which complicated circuits is implemented in huge economical cost. With such a background in mind, this investigation establishes an appropriate circuitry realization method and economical optimum configuration for the new isomorphic emphasis. It has been given that isomorphic emphasis suppress the noise power well, even if a spectrum inversion encryption is introduced into PM transmission.</description>
