抄録: A concentrated population of microorganisms in the activated sludge mix-cultured with the soil microorganisms growing in water is fixed into the hydrophylic and porous Cristobalite, and let it be in contact with the wastewater to oxidize organic matters there in according to the fluidized bed process. As the result, when the more organic matters are present in the wastewater, the more volumes of them are oxidized, that makes the volume of water treatable per unit time larger. It also increases the above-stated effect because of the chemical engineering merit due to the fluidized bed device.</description>

抄録: A laser measurment by Fourier transfer mothod is one of the simplest method for detecting a defect of the object spreading in two dimensions. Fourier transfer pattern of a metal mesh is measured in detail. The measured Fourier transfer pattern is compared with the callculated one. The period of the diffraction pattern, the peak value and the half width agree with the callculated one. In the edge part of the diffraction pattern, the measured value of the pattern is larger than the callculated one. Fourier transfer pattern of the object with a defect is compared with one of the object without a defect. The method for detecting a defect in a production process is disscussed.</description>

抄録: The shearing force versus displacement in steel frames is developed, and especialy the effect of the axial thrust in column is considered in this paper. It is apparent that the collapse load is decided by local buckling in column and the restoring force characteristics is the spindly type strictry in steel structures. Also, it is confirmed that the maximum horizontal load increase with increasing the axial thrust stress ratio and the ductility factor decrease with the axial thrust stress ratio increase qualitatively. Then, it has to be the prepared the regulation concerning with horizontal displacement in the design of steel structures.</description>
