抄録: From this Report I relate on the π Electron Densities of the Unsaturate Chemical Compounds These Electron Densities (2(Cr)^2) are caluculated from Index (Cr) of Wave Function φ (r)=Σ__rCrXcr by Hunkel Method. It's expected that Chemical Reaction begins in the Point of large Frontier Electron Densities {that is Highest Occupied Orbbit (ho) and Lowest Vacant Orbit (Iv)}. Electro-Philic Reaction begins in the large Electron Densities of Frontier Occupied Orbit, and Nucleo-Philic Reaction begins in the large Electron Densities of Frontier unoccupied Orbit. The Change of Number of Parameter used in the Computor changes the Character of Reaction some' times. But in the most Reactions its Change haves little effect to the Character of Reaction. I study from this Report on the Subject between π Electron Densities of 2,3,4……element's unsaturate Compounds.</description>

抄録: Two kinds of Disk Operating Systms (DOS) are supplied by a computer manufacturer to control a floppy disk system of the personal computer : One is the stand alone Disk BASIC Language Processing System (stand alone BASIC), and the other is the CP/M Disk Operating System which is developed by Degital Research Co. Ltd. Indeed, each DOS has respective merits. For example, the stand alone BASIC is easy for the beginner to lean its command sets. On the other hand, the CP/M system can handle several language processing systems. Even so, the imcompatibility between the two systems is found to be inconvenient for a user due to the fact that a disk file prepared by one system cannot be read by another system, vice versa. This Study investigated and developed the concepts of transfering a file (s) from one to another system and converting file((s) from one to another DOS in a personal computer atmosphere. This Study presented one program which can convert a file(s) from the stand alone BASIC system to the CP/M system. The program is written in the BASIC language, and can be applied to the OKI if-800 personal computer. An Application of the concepts can be easiliy done to any other personal computers.</description>

抄録: As a visiting scholar of Aichi Institute of Technology, the author had an opportunity to study Japanese advanced technglogies for design and construction of pavements through many field trips and discussions with Japanese engineers. In the present paper, some comparisons are made on the difference between the Chinese and Japanese design methods of flexible pavements. Through these comparisons, it is noticed that the Chinese empirical and theoretical design methods have some correlations with the Japanese one in the determination of pavement thickness. Also is noted that these effective comparisons should be continued for mutual examination and improvement of design methodologies.</description>
