抄録: The present study was conducted to clarify factor structure about self-understanding of college students in hunting for a job. 330 students were asked to rate 50 questions about their personality traits and behavioral characteristics. Five factors were derived as a result of factor analysis. These were named interpersonal relationship, activity, cooperation, stress tolerance, and awareness of anxiety, respectively. Four factors without cooperation included two sub-factors, respectively. These were named sociability and favorability in interpersonal relationship, challenge and independence in activity, maturity and autonomy in stress tolerance, anxiety and self-confidence in awareness of anxiety. The rating scores for almost all questions in upperclassmen showed higher than those in underclassmen. These were significant differences between the rating scores for almost all questions in upperclassmen and those in underclassmen. High rating scores showed to be surely developing career-consciousness in upperclassmen. The questions used in this study seem to be useful when students understand their personality traits and behavioral characteristics by themselves in hunting for a job.2009-03-30T15:00:00Zいもむし型レスキューロボットの進行方向制御

抄録: A study to automate an approach to a dangerous place and work contents is performed flourishingly so that a person works. The purpose reducing danger to the person is to be going to let work replace it to a robot to give precision more. I decided to wrestle for the improvement of the control design to let it depended in the disaster spot, and the traveling wave drive type robot that had been studied as a rescue robot in Aichi Institute of Technology intelligence mechanical engineering specialty environment adaptation robot laboratory (an old electronics department bionics laboratory) be worse in debris in this study smoothly. The characteristic of the traveling wave drive type robot does not have the movement mechanism such as a wheel or the crawler and is it occurs, and to move the exercise of the floor side direction by a traveling wave to generate to a human trunk. I get the driving force from friction to act on a contact surface with the floor. I do a length axial direction and exercise to the cross direction with a main purpose in the past study and realize a gradient to around 45 degrees and exercise to go up and down vertically in a one's area of jurisdiction. However, flexure did all body joints all at once and asked it loop posture and asked it the back, a method I extended all at once again, and to come back to the going straight movement when I did a wheel because I did not add enough examination about the direction revolve. 抄録: Since the Great Kobe Earthquake in 1995, the seismic design of infrastructures in Japan was revised greatly in many items. But as far as the bridge piers are concerned, the design concept based on the conventional single directional seismic force has remained, not taking into account the actual bi-directional horizontal seismic forces. In this study, a hybrid test system for the response of steel piers under the bi-directional earthquake force is developed and tested. The difference of response and resistance forces between single and double directional hybrid test was discussed. 抄録: Fluid mechanical properties of microwave discharge jet for argon and helium plasmas at atmospheric gas pressure is investigated. Kelvin-Helmholtz(K-H) instability due to shear flow of working gas with surrounding air is seen to reflect on the plasma structure. Pulsation phenomenon for helium plasma jet is found not to have a counterpart in gas fluid behavior. Flickering phenomenon is shared in both jet diffusion flame and plasma jet. Ascending flow due to buoyancy effect and convection surrounding air to be followed by vortex formation originated from K-H instability would be the physical mechanism for the flickering.2009-03-30T15:00:00Z
