抄録: This paper focuses on card games, especially Blackjack, which are representative of imperfect information games. AlphaZero, which developed AlphaGo, conquered Go, the most difficult perfect information game. It owes much to Monte-Carlo tree search. The idea of Monte-Carlo tree search, one of the best-first search methods, originates from the UCB algorithm for the multi-armed bandit problem. Using the extended Monte-Carlo tree search, the search tree is improved so as to derive the best action of Blackjack, which is one of the imperfect information games, and the algorithm is constructed. One playout performed at each node of the game tree corresponds to a player winning or losing in that round. The purpose is to realize a Blackjack strategy that can compete with the basic strategy that is effective in Blackjack by searching an extended Monte-Carlo tree. 抄録: According to Cabinet Office's Research, when Nankai Trough Earthquake hit, leaving a wide range of area in Japan in devastating condition. To predict earthquake motions on the specific surface site, it requires source, path and site effects at least. In addition, taking loss effect by building foundation and structural vibration property into account, in such a way building response can be presumed. We used methods utilizing observed record of seismic motions and microtremor, such as the Empirical Green’s Function Method, a microtremor array, transfer function synthesis and modal analysis to predict the response of Aichi Prefectural Office Local Autonomy(APOLA) in Nankai trough earthquake. In particular, we observed seismic motions and microtremor in assessing site effects, transfer function synthesis and modal analysis uniquely. As a result of our predictions of ground motion at APOLA, there are two features. First, motion lasts as much as 110s. Lastly, the greatest motion arrives 90s after the earthquake occurs. 抄録: The purpose of this study was to conduct a needs analysis to explore improvements in the new curriculum, course structure, and course content following the 2022 curriculum modification at Aichi Institute of Technology. The study was conducted between April and November 2022 using mixed methods which consisted of literature review, participant observation, questionnaires, interviews, and English proficiency test results. The results showed that English language education is expected to do more than simply develop English language skills that can be measured by a standard test. Based on the results, this study also examined how to best measure the educational outcomes of the curriculum. We also found that multiple indicators were needed to measure the educational outcomes and hypothesized that we would obtain the best outcomes by improving 4 Key Performance Indices (KPIs): SDGs Comprehension Index, English Proficiency Index, Operational English Proficiency Index, and Willingness to Learn and Communicate.2023-03-30T15:00:00Zトヨタ生産方式と組織改革 : 近年のトヨタの収益体質の強化

抄録: Due to the impact of the Corona disaster, most companies in the Japanese automobile industry have suffered a significant decline in profits. Among them, attention is focused on Toyota's high profitability. Toyota's strengths are the Toyota Production System and cost reduction. This paper deals with Toyota, which maintains high profitability even under a pandemic, as one of the case studies of practical management. Toyota has carried out organizational reforms and expanded the Toyota Production System to non-production areas in order to strengthen its earnings constitution. This paper considers Toyota's recent organizational reforms and their significance. The conclusions of this paper are the following two points. First, the Toyota Production System, which is applied to the production process at the production site, can also be applied to business processes in non-production areas. Second, Toyota's recent organizational reforms have been effective in expanding the Toyota Production System to non-production areas.2023-03-30T15:00:00Z
