抄録: Hilbert transform has been previouly studied in many fields, as it plays significant and indispensable rolles in Single Side Band (ab. in SSB) modulation to save occupied frequency bandwidth. It is unfortunate that the Hilbert transform has been realized to possess phase shifting characteristic by π/2 radians from the point of view for circuitry approximation. In this paper, an ideal and exact realization of the Hilbert transform is shown clearly by adopting instantaneous spectrum analysis and synthesis, namely Short Time DFT (ab. in ST-DFT). Where the instantaneous spectrum is given, the Hilbert transform on the frequency domain is precisely carried out via merely exchanging both original real or imaginary part of the spectrum into mapped imaginary or real part, respectively. The Hilbert transform is, therefore, performed as synthesizing the output signal correspondence with the transformed instantaneous spectrum via inverse ST-DFT (ab. in ST-IFT). 抄録: In order to develop the shape memory alloy heat engine, basic output power characteristics of three types of heat engines are investigated. As a shape memory alloy, the Ti-Ni alloy wire with an outer diameter 0.75mm is used. The heat engines employed were the twin crank engine, offset crank engine and simple pulley engine. The results are summarized as follows : (1) The output power of engines increases with the hot water temperature, (2) The range of rotational speed where the output power is maximized is wide, (3) Specific output power is 1-3 W/g, (4) The maximum output power increases with the number of wire loops of shape memory alloy. Problems in development of the shape memory alloy heat engine are fatigue strength, welding and corrosion resistance of the material as well as efficiency and mechanism of the engine.1989-03-30T15:00:00Z環境騒音に関するアンケート調査結果と住民反応の分析

抄録: This paper describes some results of questionnaire in residential areas and nonresidential areas in Nagoya City. Responses of inhabitants for questionnaire and noise sources around residence are analyzed using AIC and quantification theory, which explains all contributions of noise lebel and other factors for inhabitants' responce. The results are summarized as follows. (1) Main factor is road traffic in the responses of noisiness around residence. In Honami, well correlative factors are land use, distance from factory and noise ratings. In Jiyugaoka, contributions of traffic noise in the night is particularly detected in the responses. (2) Distance from noise sources is the most highly correlated factor in the responses of noise sources around residence. The rate of contributions of noise sources and noise lebel are relate to the responses of industrial noise and railway noise. (3) The factors, such as noise sources and land use show good correspondence to Leq24 in Honami, and traffic noise has some influences to Leq24 in Jiyugaoka.1989-03-30T15:00:00ZShort Time DFTにおけるフレーム端効果の抑圧

抄録: The effect of frame truncation error is discussed with emphasis on difference between existing DFT and short time DFT. Existing DFTs suffer from fluctuations on spectrum analysis results caused by limitting into a frame.
