抄録: A Translation can give a new look to its original piece. It can express the meaning of the original more clearly. But there is a case in which the translator cannot find any word suitable for translation of the original in his own language. We can think it a negative element in translation, but we can think it an affirmative element because it can show the language's distinctiveness which cannot be translated. When we compare Naoya Shiga's Anyakouro with its translation, we can find a Japanese word, "Kimochi" which can not be translated easily. The aim of this essay is to think of the characteristics of "Kimochi" or "Ki" which has Japaneseness, and show why it is difficult to translate the word "Kimochi" into English.1986-03-30T15:00:00Zトーマス・マンにおけるモデルの問題山崎, 章甫http://hdl.handle.net/11133/18432013-01-10T16:43:36Z1986-03-30T15:00:00Zタイトル: トーマス・マンにおけるモデルの問題

抄録: Although he defined the poetical quality which Shakespeare possessed so enormously as "Negative Capability", Keats himself seemed to have the almost same character as Shakespeare had. But a careful examination will show the fundamental difference between Keats and Shakespeare. The distinct difference between them is not the quality but the structure of their minds. As he said "Fair is foul, and foul is fair", Shakespeare accepted any contradictions and saw the real world from various angles. On the contrary Keats saw the world through the eye of beauty and loved the essence behind the appearance. Keats admired Shakespeare and tried to reach the height of his art. But after all he could not write any play as valuable as Shakespeare's. The structure of his mind was not fitted enough for writing plays. But once he took a pen for lyric, his great odes for example, he did miracle. It may be said that his great achievement in the field of lyrical poetry mainly depended upon his innate "negative capability" that was slightly different from Shakespeare's great "Negative Capability."1986-03-30T15:00:00Z男子学生の運動能力評価に関する重回帰分析試案岡本, 昌也川村, 仁視藤井, 勝紀http://hdl.handle.net/11133/18452013-11-18T06:46:32Z1986-03-30T15:00:00Zタイトル: 男子学生の運動能力評価に関する重回帰分析試案

抄録: This study was investigated validity of multiple regressive estimation on evaluation of physical fitness in college students. Measurements of physique (stature, body weight) and motor fitness (back strength, vertical jump, side step, standing trunk flexion, step test, sit up, balance test) were made on 1229 college students. The results indicated that multiple regression coefficients on stature and body weight were signifcant in back strength, vertical jump and side step. Therefore, it was found that multiple regressive estimation on physique was valid in them. As the above results, estimating tables of multiple regression on physique were made out on back strength, vertical jump and side step.1986-03-30T15:00:00Z
