抄録: Epoxy resin composites containing steel grinding chips as a conducting filler was subjected to heat cycling tests in order to evaluate the thermal stability of electrical resistance. The effect of the content of grinding chips, magnetization and precure temperature in the curing process was examined and this resulted in finding the thermal stability to depend mainly on the precure temperature: the higher the precure temperature, the higher was the thermal stability. There was also shown to be a minimum value hi the electrical resistance of the composites at the temperature between 50 and 1OO℃.The ratio to the minimum resistance was found to depend mainly on the precure temperature. 抄録: The use of waste chips from high-speed grinding processes was examined as an electrically conductive filler in an epoxy resin. The chips were mixed with the liquid epoxy resin, and the mixture was magnetized by being passed through a solenoid coil. The mixture was then cured in an oven. High content of the chips, strong magnetizing currents and high precure temperatures increased the final conductivity of the cured product. 抄録: The advanced treatment technology for the metal chips, wasted from high speed grinding process, has been investigated. The outline of the research were reported in previous papers. This report describes about characteristics of formed resin mixed with metal chips wasted from high speed grinding process. Relation between specific electric resistance and residence grinding oil in metal chips are clarified. Medium value of specific electric resistance between an insulator and an electric conductor are obtained in this investigation. 抄録: The effect of the addition of Bi_2O_3 on sintering, microstructure, crystal phase transformation, electrical conductivity, mechanical strength, and performance as electrolyte of Sc_2O_3-stabilized zirconia that was prepared using hydrolysis and homogeneous precipitation technique was investigated. By the addition of 1 mol% Bi_2O_3, sintering temperature of 10 mol% Sc_2O_3-doped zirconia (lOScSZ) was lowered over 300℃, growth of zirconia grains was accelerated, and dense sintered bodies with cubic phase were fabricated at 11)00 to 1100℃. Sufficient conductivity of 0.33 S/cm at 1000℃ and 0.12 S/cm at 800℃ for an electrolyte of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) was attained for 1 mol% Bi_2O_3-10 mol% Sc_20_3-codoped cubic zirconia (IBilOScSZ) sintered at 1200℃. A maximum power density of 1.61 W/cm^2 was obtained at 1000℃ using IBilOScSZ as the electrolyte in SOFC.2003-07-19T15:00:00Z
