抄録: New trioxotriangulene (TOT) type stable neutral radicals having linear alkoxy carbonyl groups were synthesized toward the application for the cathode active materials in the new type liquid-phase secondary bartery and for the solution-processed semiconductive materials such as photovoltaic cells. The TOT derivatives were soluble to several organic solvents such as CH2Cl2 and THF,etc as a result of the introduction of long alkyl groups. The effect of substituent groups on the redox properties was investigated by the cyclic voltammetry in the solution state. 抄録: "Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) are promised as a high-definition flat display and a energy conservation flat lighting source. OLED panels have been already commercialized 10 years ago. However, the manufacturing cost of OLEDs is not low. Therefore,OLED devices are preceded by liquid crystal displays and LED lighting source. In this study,we try to develop the low cost encapsulation materials and methods. 抄録: In present study,silicon and pyrocarbon was coated on the low crystalline carbon fibers as core carbon using chemical vapor deposition technique,and effect of the thin film silicon /pyrocarbon coating on electrochemical properties was examined. Crystalline silicon was deposited on core carbon without the formation of SiC that was inert with lithium. Charge capacity (Li de-intercalation) of the pristine carbon fiber was successfully increased up to 630 mAh/g by coating with 11 mass% silicon and 7 mass% pyrocarbon. Capacity fade was occurred during the charge-discharge cycling for the sample of carbon fiber coated with silicon only. Cycle ability was improved for the sample coated with both silicon and pyrocarbon. 抄録: Organic thin film is processed by femtosecond and nanosecond laser. Surface properties are evaluated by observation with laser microscope,and processing depth and area is measured. Radiation intensity from laser plasma near surface of organic thin film is observed using a spectrometer. Electron temperature is measured from the ratio of the spectral intensity. Femtosecond laser processing quality is better and the required laser energy is lower in comparison with nanosecond laser one.2015-09-29T15:00:00Z
