抄録: A questionnaire-style survey was conducted in university teachers regarding opinions on permissibility of students' various daily life behaviors. The survey compared the responses regarding permissibility between teachers and students. The main results were as follows: 1. In this survey，the teachers were divided two age groups，the younger generation group and the older generation g:roup. The younger generation group marked higher permiissibility rates than the older generation group regarding most behavioral items. 2. The teachers marked low permissibility rates to students' behaviors during class: great gaps were noted between the responses by the teachers and those by the students. 1. 7 % of the teachers found permissible behaviors which disturb nearby students， such as eating foods and having private conversations，suggesting that they were highly critical of those behaviors. 3. Also，the teachers were critical of behaviors representing disregards to teaching during class or arbitrariily leaving the classroom during class. However，2 0-30% of the students answer:ed that those behaviors we:re permissible. 4. As f r:othe opinions on permissibility of students' behaviors during class，no difference was found between the groups of younger and older generation teachers.</summary>

    <summary type="text">タイトル: 緊急地震速報による震度予測の精度に関する研究

抄録: The Japanese Meteorological Agency(JMA) started delivering Real-time Earthquake Information System since February，2005. The Disaster Prevention Research Center(DPREC)，Aichi Institute of Technology，began serving these informations in about 30 companies in Mikawa area. Seismic intensity and arriving time of shear wave can be predicted by source information (Magnitude， hypocenter and time) of the earthquake occurred near the Mikawa area. The companies can start action for preventing earthquake disaster 5･20　seconds before arriving strong motions. The problems　in this system will be the precision of seismic intensity predicted. The method for predicting seismic intensity by using Real-time Earthquake Information by JMA was discussed. The seismic intensities in 30 sites in Mikawa area were predicted and compared with those calculated by strong motion data observed by seismometer net-work installed by DPREC. The new method for predicting seismic intensity and arriving time precisely was suggested in this paper.</summary>

    <summary type="text">タイトル: 大地震による中小企業の被災状況

抄録: The purpose of this research is to clarify the damage of the small and medium-sized company in a large earthquake. A lot of companies which were damaged during a large earthquake in recent years, were investigated by using methods of hearing and mailing questionnaire. The main result were summarized as follows. 1) The large building damage broke out from seismic intensity a little over 5，and increased from seismic intensity a little over 6. 2) The building damage loss of large company is bigger than small company's. 3) There were a lot of machine damages caused by slide in the case of the manufacturing，. 4) In the case of small company，the loss of building damage accounted for over 10 percent of the gross sales.</summary>

抄録: Under the deregulated environment，to conduct the electric power transactions effectively and to operate the power system efficiently while maintaining reliabity，it is required that ATC (Available Transfer Capability) should be calculaied at high speed with reasonable precision. In order to address this issue，in this paper，an Artificial Neural Network based estimation method for evaluating Maximum Transmission Capability (MTC)，which is a key step but also a highly time consuming process in ATC，is proposed. It is confirmed through simulation studies that the proposed method is capable of estimating MTC(ATC) with high speed and sufficient precision.</summary>
